Biography
I started my fitness journey fueled with a thirst for knowledge, a deep longing for change, and confusion from hearsay. I was tired of not understanding why good foods can be bad, and how when I worked out for weeks and ate healthy foods, I didn’t see any change 😔.
It all began during my first week at the University of Guelph in September 2007, igniting a lifelong dedication to enhancing not only my health but, in turn, the well-being of those I work with.
Through my pursuit of an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a focus on Human Kinetics, I’ve immersed myself in the intricacies of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Armed with this expertise, I design customized programs tailored to optimize the human body, all while considering factors such as family responsibilities, personal health issues, and physical limitations.
